Randomisation Complete!

Three randomisations today in Lugano, Switzerland, Oslo University Hospital, Norway, and Örebro, Sweden, completed recruitment in TTM2. 

 

Congratulations to everyone involved - what an amazing achievement!
The TTM2-network has managed to complete this trial with 712 users in the trial database, 61 active sites in 14 countries in 793 days (of which 180 were a small pilot phase). And, co-enrolled 376 participants in the TAME-trial.

About 45% of randomisations have been out of office-hours and 35% have been on a weekend. Five on Christmas Day and Seven on New Years Eve. - A global, 24/7 accomplishment.  

Looking forward - approximate time-line: 

  • 8 March - Last date for data entry (hospital data)

  • July 2020 - Last follow-up

  • August 2020 - Database closed

  • Sep-Oct 2020 - Manuscript drafting and submission

  • Early 2021 - Presentation and publication. 

The TAME-trial is now at 707 participants of their 1700 recruitment target. Wishing everyone in the TAME-team continued success!
