Vanguard sites and protocol update 1.1

In an initial phase of the TTM2-trial we have started randomisation at a few vanguard sites, to identifity any potential practical issues with randomisation and the study protocol. Three Swedish sites have now randomised 5 partipants in total and hopefully more will join soon! We will shortly publish a summary of initial experiences from the first sites, which will hopefully help avoid some pitfalls for hospitals joining during 2018. 

To coincide with the commencement of randomisation we have also published an updated version of the protocol (available in documents section). All changes are described in the appendix.
